Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LoadHunter Inc., a Delaware C-corporation doing business as "Raisedash" ("Raisedash," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Raisedash Academy at academy.raisedash.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider; we cannot see your actual password. If you purchase as a guest, we create your account using the email address you provide at checkout.
- Preferences such as your language setting.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as support or refund requests.
Purchase information
- Records of what you bought, the amount, currency, and time, plus transaction identifiers from our payment processor (such as a customer ID, checkout session, and payment reference). We do not collect or store your full card number — card details are entered with, and handled by, Stripe.
Usage information
- Your progress through the Service, such as lessons viewed, quiz interactions, and your last position in a video, so we can display and resume your content.
Advertising and referral information
- Because many visitors reach us from ads, we collect advertising and referral identifiers, such as a Facebook click identifier (
fbclid), Meta browser identifiers (the_fbpand_fbccookies), UTM campaign parameters, and a referral identifier passed from our ad landing pages.
Technical information
- Information collected automatically when you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and server and content-delivery logs. We use this to deliver videos and downloads, keep the Service secure, and diagnose problems.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage your account and provide access to what you purchased;
- process payments and help prevent fraud (through Stripe);
- deliver course videos, downloads, and the Workbook;
- send transactional messages such as access, receipt, and password-reset emails;
- measure and improve the Service and our content;
- measure and improve our advertising, including matching a purchase or visit to the ad that referred you; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use:
- Essential cookies — needed to sign you in, keep you logged in, and remember your language. The Service will not work properly without these.
- Advertising and attribution cookies — set by us and by Meta (the
_fbpand_fbccookies and our own referral cookies) to measure ad performance. - Analytics cookies — set by our analytics provider (PostHog) to recognize your device across pages so we can measure how the Service is used and improve it.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and purchases.
4. Advertising, analytics, and session recording
We use the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to understand which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. When you visit or buy, we may send Meta certain information — including a hashed (not plain-text) version of your email address, your IP address, browser user-agent, Meta cookie identifiers, and details of the event (such as a purchase amount). Meta processes this under its own policies. See Meta's Privacy Policy for details and ad controls.
We also use PostHog, a product-analytics provider, to measure how visitors use the Service — pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and how far pages are scrolled — and to record session replays of on-site activity so we can find and fix confusing or broken experiences. To protect you, replays are configured to mask everything you type (such as your email address, password, and name), and payment card details are entered inside Stripe's own secure frame and are never visible to us or to the recording. Analytics data is routed through our own domain on your behalf, so it is collected even where third-party trackers are blocked.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers (processors) who operate the Service on our behalf under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Supabase — database, account authentication, and storage;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Amazon Web Services — application hosting, delivery of videos and downloadable files, and sending transactional email;
- PostHog — product analytics and session replay, as described in Section 4.
- Advertising partner: Meta Platforms, as described in Section 4, to measure and improve advertising. Depending on where you live, this type of sharing may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some privacy laws; you can opt out by disabling advertising cookies in your browser or by contacting us.
- Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers process and store information in the United States and potentially other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
7. How long we keep information
We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We keep purchase and transaction records longer where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. We may keep de-identified or aggregated information indefinitely.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and update basic account details in the Service, or ask us for a copy of your information.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information. We will honor the request except where we must keep certain records (for example, transaction records) or where retention is otherwise permitted by law.
- Email: transactional messages are part of the Service; if we send any promotional email, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link.
- Cookies and advertising: you can disable non-essential cookies as described above.
Depending on where you live (for example, California, or the EU / UK), you may have additional rights — such as to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, email us at [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information — for example, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted access, and short-lived signed links for videos and downloads. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) who operate or work in the trucking industry. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links and tools
The Service may link to or rely on third-party sites and tools (such as Google Sheets for the Workbook). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; their own policies govern your use of them.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
